The weekly rent of the house from 1 to 4 people is € 1900 per week, except from 1 May to 30 June (€ 1600) and over Christmas/New Year and Easter (€ 2200). For every person over 4 people there is a surcharge of € 240 per week. 33% down payment and remainder due 8 weeks before arrival. There is a refundable deposit of € 150 and for the house and the washing of bed linen and towels € 180 (for 4 people, for each additional € 10) due to the staff on arrival.

Use of the newly installed converters in all upper bedrooms and in the large living room with TV and subsequent bedroom (for air conditioning in summer and heating in winter) Only € 30 per week as a contribution to the necessary electricity costs. Free WiFi for simultaneous use by several people, a mobile phone with a Spanish SIM card for topping up will be left for you.

You can find cheaper houses in Gran Canaria, but our house has a unique seafront location, is completely secluded and quiet, although the restaurants and shops are within walking distance within a minute or two. Because of the sea that directly touches our property, the ongoing maintenance and maintenance costs for our house and garden are significantly higher than for a house that is away from the sea. The house is in perfect condition due to ongoing expenses.
We offer free WiFi for simultaneous use by several people for the Internet and your emails. A mobile phone with a Spanish SIM card is available for guests to top up.

Naturally, you will also look at and compare other objects. But be careful. We often have guests who were once in a house that turned out to be terrible and ruined their vacation
Photos can be very deceptive. They do not show whether a busy parking lot or a noisy street is adjacent to the property. Then you have the nasty surprise on arrival, but then it is too late and your vacation is ruined. The property is often far from the sea and you have to go to the beach on foot or by bus or car and look for a parking space.

1) There can be no road next to it, as the property is built on a rocky outcrop with 2 beaches on the right and left, which can be reached with a few stairs from the house
2) It has only positive comments, the lawn of the house extends to the wall with the sea
