On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms. The large windows of the living area give direct access to the terrace with a large dining table. Ideal for a delicious barbecue or plancha with family or friends.
From the terrace you have a view of the enclosed private pool (8m x 4.5m and depth 1m to 1.5m and open from 1/5 to 15/10). Extra safety for the little ones in the party. The pool house is equipped with a nice bar, accessories, separate shower and separate toilet. This is a full bathroom, but you have to leave the house to access it. A game of ping-pong can be played under the covered patio in the garden. In the shade of the pine forest, you can enjoy a glass of rosé on one of the benches.
