Surrounded by an extensive and well-kept garden, the exterior of this villa is ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In it, you will find a 4 m x 8 m chlorine pool with a depth of 1.5 m to 2.5 m, sun loungers where you can sunbathe, a ping-pong, a jacuzzi and even a sauna! So this is the ideal place to mix leisure and relaxation. In addition, there is a barbecue and two porches that will be perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink with your companions. The property is gated and the privacy is total.

The interior of the two-storey house is designed for your rest and comfort. On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room, which has AC, Smart TV with satellite channels, CD player and books. This is open to the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob and all the utensils you need to cook your favourite dishes. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board in the house. On the same floor there are 3 of the 4 bedrooms, all of them with AC. Two of them have double beds, direct access to the garden and en-suite bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub. The third bedroom has two beds that can be moved as you wish, allowing you to have them together or separately as you wish. A separate bathroom with shower serves this floor. On the top floor is the last bedroom, which has a double bed, AC, access to the upper terrace, dressing room and en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. The house also has central heating. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and highchair.

The holding of events is forbidden.
There is exterior parking for 2 cars.

Tourist license: ETV/2458

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
