Surrounded by an extensive and well-kept garden, the exterior of this villa is ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In it, you will find a 4 m x 8 m chlorine pool with a depth of 1.5 m to 2.5 m, sun loungers where you can sunbathe, a ping-pong, a jacuzzi and even a sauna! So this is the ideal place to mix leisure and relaxation. In addition, there is a barbecue and two porches that will be perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink with your companions. The property is gated and the privacy is total.

he interior of the two-storey house is designed for your rest and comfort. On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room, which has AC, Smart TV with satellite channels, CD player and books. This is open to the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob and all the utensils you need to cook your favourite dishes. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board in the house. On the same floor there are 3 of the 4 bedrooms, all of them with AC. Two of them have double beds, direct access to the garden and en-suite bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub. The third bedroom has two beds that can be moved as you wish, allowing you to have them together or separately as you wish. A separate bathroom with shower serves this floor. On the top floor is the last bedroom, which has a double bed, AC, access to the upper terrace, dressing room and en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. The house also has central heating. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and highchair.

The setting of the house will make you forget all the stress and is ideal if you are looking for a rural holiday away from tourism. However, in less than 20 minutes drive, you will reach the coast and Cala Pi, a small sandy cove with a special charm. In general, the south has many wonderful beaches, such as Es Trenc, Sa Rapita and Ses Covetes. The villages Llucmajor and Campos offer everything you need during your stay. Near Llucmajor you will find the Talayots de Capocorb, which are the remains of an ancient Mallorcan village. On the coast you will find the lighthouse of Cap Blanc, which was inaugurated in 1863.
