There is capacity for 1 cot. The house has 2 bathrooms with bathtub that serve the whole house, 1 on the ground floor, and 1 on the 1st floor. Air conditioning is only available in two bedrooms with double bed and in one bedroom with two single beds on the first floor. The remaining two bedrooms do not have air conditioning.
The living-dining room is very cosy, with 2 sofas, 1 TV-Sat, air conditioning, 1 table with chairs, and 1 decorative fireplace. The kitchen, independent and gas, has AC all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem, there is also 1 table with chairs. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
