The "PARIS" holiday flat has 54 m² of living space with modern furnishings. It consists of a spacious living/bedroom with up to 4 single beds (measuring L x W 2 m x 0.90 m), which can be arranged individually for couples, walk-in wardrobe, large-screen TV and free W-LAN. The living/bedroom has electric shutters. The kitchen-cum-living-room is fully equipped with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine and complete crockery for 6 people, as well as a spacious bathroom with shower/WC/hand basin, washing machine with integrated dryer and clothes horse. The flat is accessible at ground level via our inner courtyard.

The flat is heated by central heating.

There is a terrace with seating and barbecue facilities in the courtyard area. There are parking spaces for larger cars (Sprinter) on the own property.

The flat is supplied with bed linen and towels.

The cleaning is usually done by us when you move out. However, it is also possible to book intermediate cleaning by you for a small surcharge, including the change of bed linen and towels.
