Holiday flat "Venice", 47 m² , has 4-metre high ceilings with loft character, spacious living/dining area, an open bedroom with two side-by-side box spring beds, as well as another open bedroom with a loft bed with two sleeping places. This sleeping area can also be replaced (for 3 people) by a box spring bed. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and a separate freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster). The bathroom with washer-dryer, kitchen and dressing/storage room are accessible from the hallway. Furthermore, there is a shared garden, free W-LAN and large-screen TV. The flat is heated with underfloor heating.
For all: A terrace with barbecue facilities and two parking spaces or storage space for a sprinter on your own property.

The flat is supplied with bed linen and towels.

Cleaning is usually done by us when you move out. However, it is also possible to book intermediate cleaning by you for a small surcharge, including the change of bed linen and towels.
