It offers a unique view over the hilly Eifel region and is located directly at the beautiful volcanic lake Pulvermaar in Gillenfeld, where many hiking and cycling paths begin. 2 kilometers from the village center of Gillenfeld and half an hour's drive from Cochem and the Moselle. Enjoy wide hills, dense forests, clear streams, fragrant meadows, and charming villages.

This house was completed in August 2021. Entrance through the hallway with access to the living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with toilet, and separate toilet. Everything is located in this new house on the ground floor.
