The Pulvermaar holiday home is a spacious, luxurious 4-person house with its own garden in the Pulvermaar holiday park. It offers a unique view over the hilly Eifel region and is located directly at the beautiful volcanic lake Pulvermaar in Gillenfeld, where many hiking and cycling paths begin. 2 kilometers from the village center of Gillenfeld and half an hour's drive from Cochem and the Moselle. Enjoy wide hills, dense forests, clear streams, fragrant meadows, and charming villages.

This house was completed in August 2021. Entrance through the hallway with access to the living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with toilet, and separate toilet. Everything is located in this new house on the ground floor.

The living room features a seating area with a spacious 2.5-seater sofa, three armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and a large dining table for 4 people. For a perfect temperature in the house, the entire house is equipped with underfloor heating. The dining area has a spacious dining table where you can enjoy a delicious meal.
