Access/Parking: via the Swiss motorway (either through the Gotthard Tunnel or the St. Bernardino Tunnel) to Bellinzona. Exit the motorway at Bellinzona Sud – or Locarno, continue towards Locarno and Brissago. After Brissago, you reach the Italian/Swiss border. Continue to Cannobio and then to Cannero for the key handover (at Agency Zanetti) and then continue on the main road, towards Verbania, until you reach house number 14. Turn right into the parking lot and park in the first parking space on your left, then climb the stairs on the left side of the house to the top floor, attic, where the Casa Rosa apartment is located.

Wir sind seit Jahren regelmäßig hier.Man lebt hier mitten in einem kleinen Dorf.Wir empfinden diese Alltagsgeräusche angenehmer als den lärm in irgendwelchen Bettenhochburgen.Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist traumhaft.Die Atmosphäre ist sehr erholsam.Die Leute sind sehr nett.Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht Man kann auch bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen.Das ganze Dorf ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

Wir regelmäßig in die Casa Rosa.Es ist eine schöne geräumige Wohnung die mit allem ausgestattet ist was man braucht.Die Alltagsgeräusche sind angenehmer als der Lärm in den Bettenhochburgen.Man wohnt halt mitten in einem netten kleinen Dorf.Die Vermieter sind äusserst nett.Es ist alles Fußläufig zu erreichen.

Ank. nach längerer Autofahrt. Haus suchen, Nr. kaum sichtbar. 75 Stufen zur Whg, keine Klima. Schöne Whg., mit allem ausgestattet, liegt an einer 16 Std. befahrenen Str. Sehr lauter Lärm durch LKW, Autos und Motorräder bis spät abends. Unten im selben Haus Metallfirma, jeden Tag, Flexarbeiten, Krach und LKW Lärm. Gegenüber Baufirma, LKW, Motorsägen, Baulärm usw. Die Uhr des Kirchturmes schlägt immer zur vollen u. halben Stunde. Enorm laut. Aus diesen Gründen kann man den Balkon nicht nützen, das Durchlüften nachts ist ebenso nicht möglich, weil durch den Autolärm und die Kirchturmuhr die Nachtruhe enorm gestört wird. Und das bei über 30 °. Also schwitzt man wie blöd und ist somit am nächsten Tag nicht erholt. Internet 3 mal ausgefallen. Von all dem genannten kein Wort in der Beschreibung. Nicht zu empfehlen
