Very quiet residential location on a slope, with views of nature and a small sea view. The apartment is located in a semi-detached house, communal pool for a total of 4 apartments. Air-conditioned living space, dining area for 6 people. TV-Sat, Wi-Fi. Kitchen fully equipped including dishwasher, hob, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer. Private terrace with gas grill. The communal pool is visibly located in front of this ground floor apartment. There is another apartment on the 1st floor with a large balcony.
