from 35 days to 4 days before the rental period, 80% of the rent will be retained, unless a replacement tenant can be found.
from 3 days before the rental period and in case of no-show, 100% of the rent will be retained.

Should holiday guests need to cancel their stay in the reserved holiday home at short notice, due to sudden entry restrictions to France justified by the Corona pandemic, the rent already paid for the holiday accommodation will be refunded to the holiday guests.
