The building is located 20 meters from the beach exit and 250 meters from the center of Egmond aan Zee.From the 9 meter wide sun terrace on the south you have an exclusive 180-degree view of only dunes and sea. You regularly see the herd of horses or cattle grazing in the dunes, and of course you see pheasants, rabbits and sometimes in the morning the fox.There is no house or car to be seen! This also makes the area child-friendly: the children can safely walk to the beach on their own over the shell path that runs along the building. On the south is a large terrace (21 m2) and sunshades over the entire width.There is a lift in the building but PLEASE NOTE: it stops between the floors, so you always have to go up or down a number of steps to get to the entrance of the apartment.You park on the public road, in the paid parking period you will receive a digital parking permit.

Verbesserungsanregung: Ich würde vermuten, dass viele deutsche Touristen nicht verstehen, dass der Vermieter für jedes Mal Müll wegbringen was zahlen muss. Das würde ich deutlicher erklären. _x000D_

Und ich bin jedesmal verunsichert, wenn ich kaputtes Porzellan oder Gläser in den Schränken finde. Vielleicht auch hierzu einen Hinweis, wie man mit der Situation umgehen könnte. Ich mach mir immer Gedanken darüber, das der Vermieter vermutet , dass wir das Geschirr kaputt gemacht haben. Soll man das bereits vorhandene kaputte Porzellan herausstellen?
