The apartment is part of the well-known Terrasflat in Egmond-Zuid. The building is located 20 meters from the beach exit and 250 meters from the center of Egmond aan Zee.From the 9 meter wide sun terrace on the south you have an exclusive 180-degree view of only dunes and sea. You regularly see the herd of horses or cattle grazing in the dunes, and of course you see pheasants, rabbits and sometimes in the morning the fox.There is no house or car to be seen! This also makes the area child-friendly: the children can safely walk to the beach on their own over the shell path that runs along the building. Over a shell path in the dune edge you walk along the sea under the watchful eye of the famous lighthouse "Jan van Speyck" to the cozy (car-free) main street and the restaurants along the boulevard.The modern apartment is suitable for 4 adults. It is tastefully and comfortably furnished with light tones and parquet flooring. There is a large bright living room (40 m2), sitting area and dining area with a lot of attention to seating comfort. From the living room you reach the modern, semi-open kitchen with 2nd dining area with a view of the sea and dunes. The bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower, double sink and underfloor heating. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. There are three bedrooms, two of which have double beds and plenty of closet space (all beds 2.00 / 0.80 m.). On the south is a large terrace (21 m2) and sunshades over the entire width.There is a lift in the building but PLEASE NOTE: it stops between the floors, so you always have to go up or down a number of steps to get to the entrance of the apartment.You park on the public road, in the paid parking period you will receive a digital parking permit.

Der Blick in die Weite war sehr schön und erholsam. Die Bewegungsfreiheit im Wohnzimmer war super. Die Vorliebe des Eigentümer für die zahlreichen Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten.

Verbesserungsanregung: Ich würde vermuten, dass viele deutsche Touristen nicht verstehen, dass der Vermieter für jedes Mal Müll wegbringen was zahlen muss. Das würde ich deutlicher erklären. _x000D_

Und ich bin jedesmal verunsichert, wenn ich kaputtes Porzellan oder Gläser in den Schränken finde. Vielleicht auch hierzu einen Hinweis, wie man mit der Situation umgehen könnte. Ich mach mir immer Gedanken darüber, das der Vermieter vermutet , dass wir das Geschirr kaputt gemacht haben. Soll man das bereits vorhandene kaputte Porzellan herausstellen?
