The first bedroom is situated on the ground floor with doors to the terrace and garden.This bedroom has a modern 'en-suite' bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
First floor: Landing, bedroom 2, located at the rear with patio doors to the terrace (south and a small sea view). In this bedroom there is a separate space with an extra single bed. Bedroom 3, also located at the rear, and bedroom 4 at the front side of the property. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning units!
On this floor also is the second modern bathroom situated with shower and extra toilet.
