The format is as follows: stairs to the entrance hall with guest toilet, lounge with sliding doors to the terrace and garden (South). Through the living room a passage leads to the dining area, also with sliding doors to the garden, with modern open kitchen with lots of appliances. The first bedroom is situated on the ground floor with doors to the terrace and garden.This bedroom has a modern 'en-suite' bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
First floor: Landing, bedroom 2, located at the rear with patio doors to the terrace (south and a small sea view). In this bedroom there is a separate space with an extra single bed. Bedroom 3, also located at the rear, and bedroom 4 at the front side of the property. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning units!
On this floor also is the second modern bathroom situated with shower and extra toilet.
