The villa of 190 m² is distributed over two floors. It has 3 bedrooms; one with double bed on the ground floor and two on the floor -1, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. One cot and a high chair are available on request. There are 2 bathrooms; one with shower on the ground floor, and one with bathtub on the floor -1.
The living room is very cosy, furnished in rustic style. It has two sofas, a TV-Sat, and a bookshelf. In the same space you can find a secondary lounge on a mezzanine. The dining room is equipped with a large table and chairs. The separate kitchen with gas stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. There is a oil central heating throughout the whole building.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
