The bathrooms are very spacious and the large shower is freely accessible. The fully equipped kitchen is open and connected to the living room. The living rooms are flooded with light due to the large windows, it is a low-energy house with 3-fold glazing and underfloor heating, the panoramic window in the living area has a 2 meter wide sliding door, which is access to the large terrace.

Our holiday home has a living area of 100 sqm and invites you to the beautiful Westerwald village of Girkenroth (600 inhabitants). The lovingly furnished high-quality and modern holiday home is available for your exclusive use along with the 800 sqm property. The house features 2 separate bedrooms (1x double bed 180*200cm) (2x single bed 90*200), two bathrooms with shower and toilet, a washing machine, a very well-equipped kitchen, a large dining-living room, and a storage room. It is rented out to up to 6 people (sofa bed in the living room). Upon arrival, your beds are made. For your initial supply, a shower towel and a hand towel are provided per person. The absolute highlight is the large, partially covered terrace with a cozy garden lounge, Weber charcoal grill, and fascinating panoramic views.

The excellent, award-winning hiking trails Westerwälder Riesen and Blasiussteig run through Girkenroth. Our holiday home is located directly at the recreational area Watzenhahn with its well-known sights, the Blasiusberg with the Blasius Chapel, the Eternal Ice, and the viewpoint Hildegardisfelsen. Numerous bicycle paths through the beautiful landscape are waiting to be explored.

Girkenroth itself is a place where community spirit is highly valued and where people enjoy socializing. In our village, you can find everything you need for daily life - daily fresh rolls, sausages, fruits, and vegetables, wine, flowers... Our holiday home invites you to linger. Watching the sun’s journey from the sun terrace and enjoying the magnificent view of the beautiful Westerwald rounds off a lovely holiday day.

The Wiesensee with its golf course is reachable within a few minutes, as are 3 outdoor swimming pools and many restaurants.

The holiday home has No pool.
