The ground floor has an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen has a convection oven and dishwasher. Cozy dining area and living room with wood-burning stove. Nice bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, 2-person spa bath, washing machine, and dryer, as well as direct access to the sauna. Separate room with toilet and sink. Free internet. From the kitchen/living room there is direct access to a lovely private east and south-facing terrace surrounded by a wooden fence with good garden furniture where you can enjoy the day and use the barbecue for dinner. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, both with ¾ beds. Parking directly at the house. Beautiful nature experiences right outside the door: Take walks along the white sandy beach and swim in the North Sea. Søndervig is a charming seaside resort with all modern amenities. It is lively and vibrant, yet offers plenty of opportunities for peace and relaxation. Enjoy the central location and leave the car behind. A well-stocked supermarket, bakery, cafes, restaurants, shopping opportunities, mini golf, and water park are within walking distance. Bring your bikes and enjoy the beautiful nature on the hiking and cycling trail between Søndervig and Hvide Sande. An 18-hole golf course and fishing lakes are a 5-minute drive from Søndervig. The beautiful fishing village of Hvide Sande and the market town of Ringkøbing with its cobbled streets are less than a quarter of an hour's drive away. Both towns offer good shopping, seafood restaurants, and specialty shops. At Ringkøbing Fjord, you can try water sports such as surfing, cable skiing, and stand-up paddleboarding. You can also visit Lyngvig Lighthouse, Fiskeriets Hus (the House of Fishing), Abelines Gård (Abeline's Farm), Ringkøbing Museum, Naturkraft (Nature Power), WOW Activity Park, and Stauning Whisky.
