Quietly situated on the Zillertal’s sunny side, the newly Apart Maria guesthouse is the ideal retreat for families with children. Discover the centre of Stumm that you can reach by car in 3 minutes away. The local butcher, baker and a supermarket perfectly cater to our guests’ needs. Gourmets as well will find a fine selection of restaurants and cafes – from Pizza to exquisite gourmet cuisine with regional delicacies. Right at the Zillertal cycling trail, only 5 minutes away from the popular Hochfügen-Hochzillertal skiing area by car, the holiday apartment offers everything holiday-makers could long for, both in winter and in summer.

Across 110 m² and in 3 double rooms, the Apart Maria guesthouse offers sufficient space for family or friends. The generous apartment kitchen comes with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a cosy dining area and a comfortable couch. After an active holiday in the Zillertal, you can spend cosy hours next to the tiled stove or the fire-place or enjoy the sun on the balcony. The holiday apartment features two separated bathrooms with shower and WC, two satellite TVs, free parking as well as Wi-Fi. A ski room and a bicycle storage are at your disposal as well. On request, we pamper you with fresh bread and pastry from the local baker's and offer high chairs as well as cribs.

During your family summer vacation, you can leave your car parked and access the Zillertal cycling trail or hike to Märzengrund and Hamberg right from the accommodation. Refreshment is guaranteed at the pools of Badewelt Stumm that are only 3 minutes away by car. Kids can go Pony riding at the farm next door, while parents enjoy barbeques in our beautiful garden.

Enjoy the proximity to the popular Hochfügen-Hochzillertal skiing area that you can reach after 5 minutes by car, as well as to the family-friendly Spieljoch skiing area that is only 11 minutes away. Of course, you can also reach the free ski bus that stops 3 minutes away on foot. On gloomy winter days, we recommend a visit of the Erlebnistherme Zillertal thermal spa that awaits you only 10 minutes away by car.
