Our 2012 new buildet, 68 m² great, grounded level and family friendly comfortable Appartement dispose about an own entrance and is equipped like:
anterrroom with coattrack, ski shoe dryer, two sleeping rooms, living kitchen with comfortable lounge, 2 bathing rooms with shower, WC, Dryer;
2 extra beds, a cot or a child high chair on request.
The kitchen is completely equipped with: a fridge with freezer, dish washer, baking oven, ceramic stove top, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, radio, Flat TV/SAT, as enough dinner wear for cooking and eating.
During your stay you have bed-clothes, towels, bath towels and dishtowels for free order.
We are a non smoker Apart and pets are not allowed.

Our newly constructed Apart Zillertal is located on the outskirts of Aschau in the Zillertal. Our modern and high-quality holiday apartment is particularly characterised by its quiet and sunny situation, only 3 minutes from Aschau centre on foot.

Our family-friendly, 68m² feel-good holiday apartment, that is located at ground level and was completed in 2012, has a separate entrance.

We provide everything you look for when spending a perfect vacation together with your family, including a vestibule with wardrobe and ski boot dryer, 2 bedrooms, apartment kitchen with a cosy sitting corner, 2 bathrooms with shower/WC and a hair dryer. On request, we also offer 1 additional bed, a bunk bed (for 2 Persons) a crib and/or a high chair for children. We make sure that your entire family feels at home and that you can enjoy your stay from the very start.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge including freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic glass hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, radio, flat screen TV, as well as cookware and cutlery.
Of course bed linen, towels and table-ware are provided free of charge during your stay. Our holiday apartment is a non-smoking facility and pets are not permitted at Apart Zillertal.

Among the absolute highlights of our holiday apartment are the integrated floor heating and a small terrace with a lounge set that invites your whole family to spend relaxing hours. Due to the exclusive use of PVC and tiled floors, the apartment is also ideally suited for guests suffering from allergies! We offer all our guests a breakfast service with fresh rolls and, of course, sufficient parking space.

Our house is only about 100 m from the Hochzillertal ski run. The location of our holiday apartment next to the top skiing areas Hochzillertal - Hochfügen and Zillertal Arena is optimal. Via the snow-decked Aschau valley descent you can ski down from the Hochzillertal skiing resort right to your doorstep. Directly next to the holiday apartment are many winter hiking trails, a supermarket, a butcher's shop and various restaurants.

In summer, our holiday apartment is an ideal starting point for hikes or other sportive activities for the whole family. A bathing lake is right around the corner as well. Well-groomed hiking paths and climbing trails invite you to explore the beautiful nature together with your family. From a cosy walk along the Ziller promenade, a trip to a mountain hut in one of our romantic side valleys, all the way to a tour to one of the many three-thousand-metre peeks - there's something for everybody.
