On the first floor, with a spacious south facing terrace/loggia an a wonderful view of the "Walser" mountains. 100 sqm are offering room for 4 - 6 persons and are decorated in an ARTistic way.

For the duration of your stay, we take the liberty of requesting a deposit of € 300. This must be deposited in cash on arrival on site. We will refund you on the day of departure, provided that the apartment was left in good condition and without damage.

8 ApARTments, individually, artistic, unique, designed according to Tobias’ and Susann’s style. Sinks, lamps, furniture…. a lot in the Walser ART was designed by the hosts themselves. But also other artist from the valley decorate the Walser ART with their works.

Upon arrival, a package of “Purschwarz” coffee, milk, sugar, mineral water and an exclusive bottle Cuvee 7, from the 7 sommeliers of the Kleinwalsertal, are available in each apartment.

Unique in the Walser ART: private cooking in the apartment! Host and cook Tobias prepares regional specialties for you, and we serve the right wine. (extra charge – reservation necessary)

If you want, you can borrow free yoga mats.

We are offering a bicycle- and ski cellar and also a laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and dryer.

Our garden with fire bowls invites you to relax, take a deep breath or to spend sociable evenings. We would be happy to provide you with a grill – or the head of the house grills for you.

The Walser bakery and also the supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes by car. If you want to go out to eat, there are very good restaurants nearby.

The bus stop is not a minute from the house. With the guest card, you can ride the “Walserbus” for free within the valley.

We offer “Bergbahn inclusive”, which means that from May to November you can use all mountain railways in the Kleinwalsertal and neighboring Oberstdorf for free!
