Poggio is a charming hilltop village in the Marciana area. Located at approximately 330 meters above sea level, it stands out for its stone houses, narrow, panoramic streets, and its characteristically peaceful and authentic atmosphere. From the town center, a magnificent view opens up over the sea and the northern part of Elba Island.
The town is also renowned for the San Cerbone thermal springs, prized since ancient times, and is an excellent starting point for excursions to Monte Capanne and the trails of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park. Poggio retains the charm of a typical Elban village, far from the bustle of the more popular seaside resorts.
About 5 km away is Marciana Marina, a pleasant village where you can spend a day at the beach or stroll in the evening along the lively promenade lined with boutiques, cafes, and restaurants.
Continuing for about 10 km, you reach Sant’Andrea, one of the island's most picturesque destinations, famous for its sandy beach and spectacular granite cliffs.
The renowned and wide sandy beach of Procchio is located approximately 12 km away.

THE SPACE
Located on the first floor of the splendid and characteristic Residenza Napoleone, we have two apartments, a four-room apartment and a three-room apartment. The complex boasts a wonderful sea view of the Gulf of Marciana Marina from the large garden surrounding the entire property. Completing the setting is a comfortable swimming pool surrounded by greenery, perfect for relaxing.
Sea View Apartment (16), sleeps 7+1. First floor. Arranged on three levels, for a total of approximately 100 square meters.
The living area is welcoming and functional, featuring a living room with a sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV, and a kitchenette with an induction hob.
The sleeping area is spread across the upper floors: the middle floor features an open-plan sleeping area with a double bed and two single beds.
Upstairs are a second double bedroom and a single bedroom, with the option of adding an extra bed upon request. Two bathrooms with box showers (no window).
