Cozy furnished holiday apartment on the ground floor. 1 bedroom with double bed (180x200) and wardrobe, 1 small bedroom with bunk bed (2 beds 90x200) and wardrobe, 1 living/sleeping area with two sleeping accommodations on a pull-out couch. The fully equipped kitchenette and dining area adjoin the living/sleeping area. TV, beautiful terrace with furniture and gas grill, bathroom/WC, a separate WC, hallway with wardrobe.

Bedding and towels must be brought along by guests.

Our cozy and comfortable holiday apartments are located in the well-kept apartment building "Anderl" in a sunny, quiet hillside location at about 1000 m above sea level, right in the ski and hiking area "Hochkönig".

On the top floor is the 'Selbhorn' apartment with a breathtaking view from the rooftop terrace, and on the ground floor is the 'Aberg' apartment with a nice large terrace.

There are plenty of parking spaces directly by the house.

There is an elevator in the building.

In the basement, there is a room with table tennis tables and foosball.

In "Haus Anderl," there is a ski cellar that can also be used as a bike cellar in the summer.

"Haus Anderl" is located right next to the ski slope with access to all lift facilities of the "Hochkönig Ski Area" (ski-in / ski-out). You can strap on your skis next to the parking lot. At the end of your ski day, you ski directly from the slope to the front door.

The ski station "Hintermoos" with the "Schwarzeckalmbahn" and the "Sinalcobahn" is only about 300 m from the house. You can reach it in just a few turns, and the lifts will take you to the ski area "Hochkönig," which offers around 120 km of slopes and is part of the "Ski Amadé" ski network.

Just a few minutes' walk from the house, there are several well-maintained and cozy restaurants.

In summer, you will experience an idyllic and enchanting hiking area with lush green meadows and clear mountain streams - where nature is still pure and unadulterated.

The apartment building "Anderl" also serves as an ideal starting point for extensive and challenging mountain bike tours at the foot of "Hundstein" (2117 m). The "Hundstein MTB Route" is one of the highest and most interesting trails in the Alpine region.

In Maria Alm, you will find the adventure mountain "Natrun" with numerous attractions for the whole family, including a forest sliding park, one of the most beautiful archery courses in Europe, various forest rope gardens (ranging from children's tree paths to practice courses, easy courses, panoramic courses, and adrenaline courses), a flow trail for mountain bikers, and various nature experience paths.
