A spacious balcony with balcony furniture is available. This apartment has a southeast-facing view. You can see the mountain meadows, the Pendling, and the lake partially from the side.

Holiday apartments for a comfortable stay right by the lake. Go for a swim across the lawn in front of the house or take a leisurely stroll around the lake. Watch the fishermen from the balcony, or observe the deer and chamois on our local mountain. On hot summer days, the lake belongs to bathers, pedal boats, air mattresses, swimmers, hikers, and joggers.

Our house has the ideal location for many activities. Hiking starts right from the house; which direction shall it be? Would you prefer to leisurely go to "Wachtl", walk around the village, or maybe hike through the Gießenbach gorge to Schopperalm? Or perhaps ascend our local mountain Pendling to the Kufsteiner Haus and then return on the way back over the Kala-Alm?

For mountain bikers, there can hardly be a better starting point than our house. The Bike Trail Tirol passes right in front of the house; just set off, the possibilities are endless. Countless bike tours lead to beautiful valleys and romantic alpine pastures.

Winter is just as versatile. The lake trail passes by the house; simply jump in. The tobogganing hill in front of the house is ideal for children to enjoy the snow with their sleds. When the lake freezes over, it turns into a huge skating rink. The popular Kala-Alm toboggan run is over 4 km and operates for almost the entire winter. The lake path is cleared and invites for a winter walk. In just 20 minutes by car, you can also reach Austria's largest contiguous ski area, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. And for those who prefer skiing on-site, the "Mitterland" ski area is only 2 km away.

The nearby village center offers very good supply options.
