For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks.
Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens.

The Apartment is a Maisonette that means Lounge and Kitchen are on the Ground Floor and the Bedroom and Bathroom are located downstairs.
The Maisonette has an own Garden which has an beautiful wide look out. The Kitchen has a dishwasher, 2 Cookplates and a Microwave everything you need to prepare, dinner lunch or breakfast.
We the owner live in the same house but on the front part of the house.
Washing Maschine and Dryer are in the main house just talk to us and we can Organise your Washing.
