You book the entire house for yourself. Ideal for 1-2 families with children. You have 4 bedrooms
1. A double room "No. I." with a queen-size bed 16m2 facing the front courtyard
2. a very bright room 20m2 for up to four people "No. II." with a full-size bed and sofa bed facing the back courtyard and stream
3. large spacious room "No. III Ensuite" with a king-size bed and direct access to the bathroom overlooking the stream 25m2
4. The open bright "Gallery" offers additional sleeping options with two single beds, ideal for children.

Guest Access
You are welcome to use the terrace and the covered outdoor seating area.
A kettle for coffee and tea is available.
There is a sofa for relaxing, a projector, and a screen for a movie night. In the living kitchen and outdoor seating area, you have a large dining table for 8-10 people.
Children are welcome to use the forest playground and stream playground.
Parking spaces for guests are immediately on the left side after the entrance.

Here, up to 8 people can find a cozy home across two floors – with light-flooded rooms, modern amenities, and the charm of a historic estate. You can look forward to 4 cozy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room for shared cooking evenings, games, and good conversations.

Whether it's grandma, grandpa, kids and grandkids all under one roof, or 4 friendly couples wanting to hike, bike, climb, or simply enjoy life together – there’s plenty of space for your best time together!

Outdoors, nature adventures await: The private stream and forest playground will make children’s hearts race, while the adults relax with a glass of wine on the covered terrace. The surrounding vineyards, the Palatinate Forest, and picturesque castle ruins invite you to hiking, biking, and exploring – whether it’s the Wild and Hiking Park Silz, Zoo Landau, or the impressive castles Landeck, Schlössel, and Madenburg.

Of course, comfort is not to be neglected: High-speed Wi-Fi with a home office space, washing machine, dryer, and ample parking (including an electric charging station) are all available. Sustainability is particularly important to us – with photovoltaic power, environmentally friendly insulation, and practical tips for waste separation on-site.
