Enjoying a central yet tranquil location, the delightful Haus Alpengruss guesthouse is just a 3-minute walk from Seefeld village centre, the railway station and the bus terminal, making it ideal for guests arriving by public transport. A private car park, free of charge throughout the duration of your stay, is also available.

The light rooms and apartments have all been decorated with loving attention to detail by the host, Johanna, herself. Most of the rooms have a balcony from which you can savour breathtaking views of the Tyrolean mountains. Unique in Seefeld are the guestroom ceilings which, when darkness has fallen, are transformed into twinkling starry night skies. Here you can be sure of a restful night’s sleep.

Enjoy the perfect start to the morning with a superb breakfast buffet complete with homemade jams. In the evening we can, on request, organise dinner for you in a nearby restaurant. Self-catering guests can shop at several supermarkets in the centre of Seefeld. After an active summer day, what better way to unwind and relax than chilling in the hammock in our garden while your children have fun in the playground.

Haus Alpengruss provides an ideal ‘base camp’ for exploring the stunning scenery of the Region Seefeld on foot or by bike. Countless sign-posted hiking and cycling trails start just a stone’s throw from our guesthouse. Following an eventful day’s hiking, treat yourself to a swim in the Olympiabad pool or, if you prefer a more close-to-nature experience, take a refreshing dip in Seefeld’s Wildsee lake.

The Region Seefeld boasts no fewer than 271 km of trails ensuring unadulterated cross-country skiing pleasure during your winter holiday. Our house is just a 5-minute walk from the nearest tracks and our guests enjoy free use of the region’s entire network of trails. Perhaps you would prefer to explore the snow-covered landscape in a horse-drawn sleigh? I’d be delighted to organise a magical winter-wonderland ride for you.
