The building has been recently renovated keeping the former facade of the Belle Epoque period.

The apartment highlights for its large living room with a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and it's perfect to prepare a delicious meal. There are two bedrooms in the apartment, the first bedroom has two single beds while the second bedroom features doble bed. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, both two are ensuite for both bedrooms. Both bathrooms are very nice; the first bathroom has a wonderful bathtub while the second bathroom features a nice shower.

Great spot, but if you feel the heat beware as there is no cooling. It was in a great location and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. There is no air conditioning or cooling facilities. It was a particularly hot weekend and there was no relief from the heat. We are from Australia and can put up with heat but this was unbearable. Resulted in bad nights sleep for our whole stay.

L’appartement se trouve dans un immeuble magnifique et très bien placé. Par contre, il est impossible de s’approcher facilement en voiture pour la décharger et charger, nous avons pris le risque de nous garer dans une zone interdite à 70 mètres. J’ai appelé l’agence pour demander conseil, on m’a répondu que les autres s’étaient bien débrouillés avant. Certes!L’appartement est splendide et bien meublé. Un peu chaud tout de même et sans ventilateur ou climatisation.Il manque par contre, pour un prix moyen de 310€/nuit, des couverts et ustensiles de cuisine, un kit d’accueil qui serait appréciable, et puis un minimum d’ingrédients. Il n’y ni sel, ni poivre, ni huile ou vinaigre, c’est surprenant pour nous qui voyageons souvent via AirBnB.J’ai appelé le lendemain de notre arrivée pour signaler une porte de placard bloquée et un bouton poussoir de WC absent. L’agence a bien réagi en promettant un passage de technicien dans la journée, il n’est jamais venu.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, sehr ruhig und doch zentral, im schönen Einkaufsviertel und ganz nahe am Meer und am Fluss. Später Check-in war kein Problem. Das Personal war sehr nett. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Einzig das Sofa und der Leder-Fauteuil sind für eine 1,60 grosse Person unbequem, für eine grössere Person aber ok. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen, falls wir in San Sebastian sind.
