A nice stay in a modenr but somewhat neutral apartment - the yard had sun in the morning but was overlooked by all neighbours on the floors above - and without any view at all.

Great value, location and outdoor space. The property is in a great location and within easy walking distance to all attractions and transport links in San Sebastian. In a quieter neighbourhood it is a great place to relax from the hustle and bustle of San seb whilst still being within a stones throw if the action. Great value, lovely outdoor area highly recommended

We absolutely loved our stay! The place is beautiful and comfortable. I’d recommend this place and stay here again! The location is wonderful and very close to the beach!

We enjoyed staying in this apartment while we visited our adult son who was working in the area for the month. The location was a bit removed from the main areas, but it was easy to access (once we figured out the locks) and had a parking spot available for our use (which was super helpful). The bed was very comfortable and many amenities were provided. The only thing missing (in our opinion) was a shelf in the shower for toiletries! Overall we were super happy with the place and fully recommend it!

Nice apartment good location. Nice apartment with garage in the basement. Nice breakfast cafe and a supermarket very close by. All sightseeing points reachable by foot. No coffee machine.

Bien ubicado. Muy cerca del centro, se puede ir caminando a cualquier punto. Recomiendo coger el parking ya que sino es bastante complicado aparcar, el acceso es directo al apartamento con el ascensor.El apartamento está bien equipado con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. El sofá necesita una renovación urgente, esta completamente deformado y cada vez que te sientas el asiento se sale hacia fuera.Como detalle creo que igual que se dejan unas pequeñas pastillas de jabón para las manos se podría dejar algo de gel y/,o champú.Aunque tiene terraza no creo que sea muy aprovechable ya que no tiene ningún tipo de vista más que a todos los diferentes apartamentos de alrededor.

Everything, SanSebastian is a small city, so you are literally in the center.... walking 5,6 mins to the start of the center.... Eroski market is at the bottom of your building, slightly downstreet, maybe 10-20 meters lower... by the street.. you have everything there... perfect market... Feel in the house is like at your home as you have everything, very clean, not too big, but comfort was great... big comfy bed, comfy pillows... new apartment... feeling is nice each single day there... but city is very nice, so it feels like you can',t get bad apartment in Donostia.. location was very nice to me... I got the balcony at the ground floor, so my door of balcony was looking at nothing, at the neighbours big building, a lot of apartments, and at the bottom is some common park... you have your own fence, so feeling is private, and it is safe,... just, your balcony will not be some place where you will spent some time more than a coffee or cigarette... so boring but maybe thats a good, you should go out... like in jail... depressive... but ok... I liked there, as all was new and clean... I was going out a lot....

Awesome apartment! We stayed 4 weeks. Cleaning service weekly. Walking distance to everything including Eurail train and local Topo Train. Very safe and clean city. Wonderful food and shopping close by. The property management very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!!!
