Just a few steps to Ondarreta beach, the apartment is a perfect combination. Set on the first floor of a private building, the apartment is built and decorated with wondrous tones of nature with a hint of chic.

The apartment has a spacious living room with an open concept kitchen area; both the kitchen and the living room face the dazzling terrace. The kitchen comes with high-end appliances and it's perfect to prepare a delicious meal. In addition to its brilliant interior, the area surrounding the apartment consists on an upscale area just by Ondarreta Beach where you can enjoy access to many buses that connect every guest to the heart of the city and the Old Quarter.

The three bedrooms in the apartment feature double beds, along with large wardrobes. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one of which is an ensuite for the master bedroom. Both bathrooms feature wonderful showers. You can also enjoy fantastic views from the terrace.

Vacaciones perfectas. Como en el 2022 habíamos disfrutado tanto de nuestra estadía en el Brunet III, decidimos regresar. Y nuevamente pasamos vacaciones perfectas en este hermoso y elegante piso, que se encuentra cerca de la playa, pero también de negocios y restaurantes y de la parada de autobús para viajes al centro. Gracias al equipo de Rentals por vuestra amabilidad y profesionalidad.

L appartement est vraiment très agréable et fonctionnel seul un pb de nettoyage et le grille pain qui nous a posé pb. L' appartement est beau et agréable. Le grille pain ne fonctionnait pas et faisait disjoncter le tableau électriqueIl y avait du sable sur le sol des chambres et de la poussière

Location for beach was great, 25 minute walk to old town. Wish there were more towelslinen service offered half way through stay. Our towels took forever to dry and there were limited hooks to hang them.

Great property and great location in a very peaceful neighbourhood. A walk along the sea front to the heart of the city but a great choice of bars and restaurants locally.Facilities in the apartment very good and clutter free.

The actual apartment is very nice and in a quiet neighbourhood close to the beach.The company in charge of renting/managing this property are well below par in my opinion and I wish to never have anything more to do with them.I have three issues with them.1) I was instructed to come to their office in San Sebastien to collect the keys. So we had to drive into the centre of very busy San Seb, find parking, and then find their office, this is stress I could have done without. At the office, they said we emailed you that you didn't need to come to the office. When I'm travelling, I rarely check emails. They caused me a lot of stress!2) Paid 25 Euros a day extra for internal parking and had numerous pestering calls that we were not supposed to park there. Finally got an apology.3) The apartment is next door to a full-on house renovation, with builders banging and crashing about from 8am until around 5pm. The management company apparently weren't aware there were building works.
