Lovely studio apartment with balcony, in the heart of the historic center of the beautiful city of Bologna and a stone's throw from Via del Pratello.

The house is located on the first floor of a building without lift, and consists of a single room where guests will find all amenities to have a comfortable stay.
Once through the entrance, on the left is the kitchenette equipped with a microwave, a kettle and an espresso coffee machine. On the right is the dining table and a shelf unit where you can store your belongings.
Next, set opposite a cabinet with a television, is a comfortable queen-size bed with a spacious wardrobe. Finally, a bathroom with shower, washing machine and balcony completes the layout.

During their stay our guests will benefit from free wifi, air conditioning and heating.

*The flat is located in a ZTL area, so we recommend leaving your car in one of the surrounding car parks and enjoying the historic centre on foot.

Not to be missed are Giambologna's Neptune Fountain and the Medieval Towers, the Asinelli and the Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in the numerous museums, galleries and religious buildings. It is impossible to leave Bologna without tasting its food and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla Bolognese accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi! The central train station is less than 4 km away, while the airport can be reached by car in 15 minutes.
