The apartment, on the first floor of a building in the center of Porto Rotondo, opens onto the living area, an open space complete with a sofa, a television, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen. From here guests can access the small terrace, which overlooks the canal. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds. A bathroom with shower and an en suite bathroom with bathtub in the master bedroom complete the layout.

The landmark is the well-equipped marina with 800 berths, although art and architecture have a fundamental importance as well for this town inspired by Venice, whose houses with flowered terraces overlook the charming alleys that lead to Piazzetta San Marco.

Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is less than a 25-minute drive from the accommodation, while for those arriving by boat to the island, the nearest ports are Golfo Aranci (10 minutes by car) and Olbia (20 minutes).
