Outside area and basement with laundry room are shared with LOFT21/VILLA64.
Our AURA Karwendel is located directly at the gateway to the Karwendel, one of the most beautiful nature reserves in Austria. It consists of 2 independent houses with a total of 3 residential units, which can be integrated via a glass connecting wing for larger groups.
VILLA64 (6-10 people, 250sqm):
We have carefully renovated the original building with its unique atmosphere in the style of the 1960s. Now we are happy to be able to share the VILLA64 with its stories and its unique atmosphere with you.
CHALET21 (5-8 people, 150sqm)
The chalet in the new building extends over 2 floors, which is suitable for holidays, family reunions, but also workations, seminars and workshops.
LOFT21 (4-6 people, 100sqm):
The cozy apartment can be rented separately or combined with the CHALET21 via a connecting door and used as one residential unit.
The 3 residential units only share the access and outdoor area. The laundry room in the basement with washing machine and dryer is also available to all 3 units.
AURA Karwendel offers space for up to 24 people.
