The location is great to be able to walk around to the different places in San Sebastian, as well as having different markets and cafes nearby. The place itself is very modern and clean (barring some fruit flies but that’s common this time of year). Great that each room had its own AC control and could be different temps to suit guest preference. Please note that whoever is in the room facing the street will hear each and every sound from cars to passersby. The large city recycling and trash bins are right out front, so anytime someone drops glass bottles in the recycling you will hear it clink. And it sounded like they collect trash everyday and there are deliveries to the restaurant and pharmacy next door so it’s a busy side street. The benefit to this is that it’s easy to take out the trash when you check out since it’s right across the street! Communication with the Rentals Collection office is great and since they are so close it’s easy to pop in and ask a question. Good stay!

Had a great stay at this apartment in San Sebastián. It’s centrally located — very easy to walk to the beach in < 5 min but also into the old city in ~10 minutes. We found it to be quiet. The city trash receptacles are on the street below but we didn’t find that we were hearing this at all hours of the night like some other reviews suggested. Overall, really enjoyed our stay here. Was comfortable for 3 adults. Loved the balcony!

The location of this property to the beach and main city precinct is excellent. However, there are garbage bins right outside which almost get emptied every night around midnight. For the price of the apartment it didn’t have some of the basics like just coffee/tea etc which would have made a nice added touch. We stayed 5 nights and the apartments are not serviced - it would have been good to have it serviced at least once with additional toilet paper. But the girl in the office gave us some as there was a public holiday and the shops were closed. The beds were also rather uncomfortable but the apartment was very well furnished. Overall it wasn’t a very personable experience, no additional notes to share local knowledge or information from the staff in the office.

Me and my family had an amazing time at the Chicago apartment. It was in such a great area with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The apartment was pristine and we felt right at home as soon as we entered the door. The only thing that can be disturbing if you’re not used to it is the garbage and bottle bins on the street that the front bedroom faces. The truck picking up the bottles one morning was very jarring but we quickly figured out that we could pull down the outside shade to block out most of the street noise. Overall, the street and area was quiet and peaceful at night which made for the perfect sleep before exploring San Sebastián each day. I would stay here again during a future trip.
