The reigning wine princess Gina and her family welcome you to Wehlen on the Moselle. We offer modern accommodation in an old winegrower's house, which was built around 1900 and completely renovated in 2023. With its modern and cosy furnishings, it is ideal for families with children and also for dogs.
The house is centrally and yet very quietly located in the village of Wehlen, a district of Bernkastel-Kues, and is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes on foot or by bike along the Moselle, through the vineyards or in the neighbouring forests. The Hunsrück and the Eifel are also easily accessible from here. In addition, excursions by car or bus, e.g. to Trier, Germany's oldest city, or nearby Luxembourg are no problem from here.
But if you just want to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet, perhaps with a good glass of wine, you are welcome to do so on your own terrace or at one of the vineyards.
The town of Bernkastel-Kues offers many culinary and cultural delights and sights. Two outdoor pools invite you to swim, splash around and sunbathe in summer (Bernkastel-Kues and Kröv). Both are easily accessible by bike or bus. You can get many more tips for excursions on site (e.g. animal and climbing parks, cinema, bicycle/e-bike rental and much more).
