Apartment Ferienwohnung am Panoramaweg in Annweiler-Queichhambach, Rhineland-Palatinate

The flat is approx. 90 m² in size and has been completely renovated, giving you a modern living feeling in all rooms. It has 2 bedrooms, a separate living room, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a separate entrance with dining area and a bathroom with shower and WC. You can access the spacious terrace with a view of Trifels Castle from both the kitchen and the living room. The extensive equipment with sufficient cooking and eating utensils, coffee machine (Senseo pad machine), microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and oven with ceramic hob also offers sufficient comfort for a longer stay to feel "at home". Towels and bed linen are included. Our flat is a non-smoking flat and pets are not allowed.

Our beautiful vacation apartment "Am Panoramaweg" in the district of Queichhambach, near Annweiler am Trifels, is not far from Landau in der Pfalz and a few kilometers from the picturesque Alsace. Furthermore, you can reach numerous wine villages on the southern wine route with their varied localities in no time at all, which invite you to linger and enjoy.
The apartment is an ideal starting point for extensive hikes and bicycle tours. Our surroundings offer a wide range of excursions to numerous museums and castles, such as Trifels Castle and its story of the imprisonment of Richard the Lionheart. Another highlight are our wine festivals in the old winegrowing villages. Our region offers something for everyone to get away from it all.

Towels and bed linen are included. A travel cot can be provided if required and on request. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.
The apartment can be reached via a staircase of about 21 steps (see pictures).
Check-in regular from 16:00, an earlier occupancy is only possible by arrangement.
Check-out by 11:00 am at the latest.
Our apartment costs 85 euros per night plus a final cleaning fee of 30 euros.
CONTACTLESS PAYMENT:
As we unfortunately do not have an EC card system available, we ask you to transfer the amount for the booking in advance. We will provide you with the bank details with the invoice. Cash payment on arrival is possible for bookings made at short notice.
Please note that
The town of Annweiler am Trifels charges a guest fee for the town and its districts (Bindersbach, Gräfenhausen, Queichhambach and Sarnstall) all year round, which is levied on arrival.
Individuals pay € 1.00; families (1st and 2nd person) € 1.00 each, for each additional person € 0.50 per night.
Children up to the age of 16 are exempt from paying the fee.
