Beschreibung

The apartment Tramonto is a two-rooms-apartment and lies on the ground floor of the Residence Conca Verde, a completly new high quality construction with pool.
The apartment is new and modern furnished and consists of: living room with kitchen area, sofa bed and portico, bedroom with portico, bathroom with shower, little garden and private parking space (2,50 X 4,50 m) in the underground garage.
The common garden offers a 10 x 4 m pool heated only with solarpanels (seasonal opening ca. 1.5.-30.9.2024 depending on weather and temperatures). The 2 porticos with the small garden, furnished with table, 4 chairs and 2 deckchairs, extend the living area outdoor where you can drink a glass of wine at sunset or enjoy a quiet breakfast as the sun rises.
The residence consists of 7 apartments and for safety reasons children are only accepted from the age of 8 and pets are not allowed.

The first property is Residence Conca Verde, your apartment Tramonti is at the ground floor on the right. After handing over the keys, you can park in the underground car park on the second parking space on the right.

Überaus herzlicher Empfang durch die Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist ist hell, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bodentiefe Fenster geben den Blick frei auf die Terrassen , den gepflegten Pool und den See. Schöne kleine Dörfer, Wanderwege und gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Wunderschöne Badestellen am See. Wir kommen wieder.
