The perfect place to stay with family or friends in San Sebastián! Super spacious and comfortable modern apartment in a gorgeous building. The entire flat was very clean and well appointed, perfectly located a short 10 minute walk to the centre of the old town where all the best pintxos bars are. It was very well sound proofed and we couldn’t hear any of the road noise below. Great AC in the bedrooms. We loved it and would 100% stay here again.

Nice place! Right in the middle of town! Good appliances! Beautiful building! Lacks some home comforts, but we overcame this! Great for 2 couples!

Очень красивая и новая квартира !безупречно чисто . Полный восторг ! Очень рекомендуем . Единственное , это центр города , если кто то хотел бы полной тишины , то возможно будет немного шумно .

El Piso es precioso. Excelente entorno. Bonito edificio, tranquilo, residencial, elegante. Bien equipado, es ideal. Precioso. Pero. Tuvimos un inconveniente con la calefacción. No funcionaba. Estaba bloqueada. Nuestra llegada fue un día sábado. Recién tuvimos una solución real el día martes. Nos decían que no sabíamos utilizarla. Muchos mensajes de ida y vuelta sin una solución real. La realidad es que estaba bloqueada remotamente y recién cuando la propiedad la desbloqueó tuvimos una temperatura confortable. Estuvimos 3 días ( de los 6 ) con chaquetas y durmiendo con abrigos. Con dos niños.

Piso muy bien ubicado, amplio y cómodo. La amplitud del piso, tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar la estancia y todo funciona muy bien. No tengo comentarios al respecto, me pareció muy bien el servicio.
