This fine flat for four people is quietly located on the outskirts of the village behind the dunes and on the edge of the Oranjezon nature reserve. The village of Oostkapelle has various amenities, such as a supermarket, bakery, fish shop and cosy little shops. In the main street, you will find several restaurants serving dishes with regional products. The wide and clean beach can be reached in about ten minutes. Because of its central location, this flat is also a good base for various activities. The house is located on the edge of the dunes, with many opportunities for long walks. The historic town of Veere on Lake Veere and the cosy seaside resort Domburg, for example, are less than ten kilometres from the house.
The flat is located on the ground floor and furnished for four people. The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating area with Smart television and a dining table with four chairs. From the living room you can access the terrace where you can sit comfortably. There are sun beds and a sunscreen. The kitchen includes a four-burner hob, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and filter coffee machine and Nespresso. There are two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed with separate mattresses and duvets and one bedroom with bunk beds. The new bathroom has a shower and a washbasin. There is also a toilet in a separate room. You can park your car in the car park next to the building.

Sehr hübsche, geschmackvoll möblierte kleine Wohnung

Küche sehr reichlich ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht.
Perfekt für einen Urlaub zu zweit; bei einer Belegung mit vier Personen würde es schon recht eng.
Es ist eine sehr gut gelegene Wohnung. Die Ausstattung ist umfangreich, bei der ich nichts vermisste. Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck, Schüsseln sind in ausreichender Anzahl und Größen vorhanden.
Leider ist die Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen und riecht etwas muff, sie müsste dringend saniert werden. Die Abflüsse riechen nach Kanal und laufen schlecht ab. Die Türen sind zum Teil verzogen und schließen nicht richtig bzw. springen häufig auf. Der in die Jahre gekommene Fernseher brummt so laut, dass man ihn nach einer Zeit lieber aus schaltet.

Prima huis, dus tevreden, maar (vrij) duur.
In keuken praktisch geen ruimte om maaltijd klaar te maken. Er mogen wel wat kleinere pannen bij.
De Wifi is voor verbetering vatbaar.
Een groot compliment voor het smaakvolle terras: goede kwaliteit meubels, een handige vlonder-vloer, een heel mooie afscheiding van bamboe. Een uitstekend zonnescherm.

Wir haben oft bei herlijkehuises ein Appartement in Zeeland gebucht, immer mit guten Erfahrungen. Die Sofadecke im Vroonweg war eine Zumutung, die Bettwäsche hatte Löcher. Das Tv konnte nur kompliziert über die Steckdose angeschaltet werden. Insgesamt eine Enttäuschung.
Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Etwas nervig waren die zwei Handwerkerbesuche bei denen die Schäden nicht beseitigt wurden. (Bei Anreise waren 2 Gardinen runter gerissen, eine wurde wieder aufgehängt. Die kaputte Lampe im Bad hatte nach Reparatur einen Wackelkontakt.)
Wir hatten das Pech dass in der Nachbarschaft eine sehr laute Baustelle war, auf die wir nicht aufmerksam gemacht worden sind. Das Kücheninventar mussten wir zum größten Teil erstmal gründlich spülen. Es roch aus dem Duschabfluss stark nach Kloake. Die Lage ist super, jedoch die Wohnung selbst sehr dunkel.

Wir haben uns in Oostkapelle und in derf Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage zum Strand ist optimall. Vielleicht buchen wir diese Wohnung in absehbarer Zeit noch einmal. Herzliche Grüße M. und P. Holdt
