Residenza Valier, a charming apartment in an ancient palace in the center of Venice, a stone's throw from the Rialto Bridge.

The apartment is furnished in a modern and functional style and is located on the second floor of a Venetian palace without an elevator. The accommodation opens onto a large living area which includes an open space with a single sofa bed with an additional pull-out bed, TV, and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both equipped with a queen-sized bed, TV, and wardrobe. The apartment also has a modern bathroom with a shower and hairdryer and a second bathroom with a bathtub.

To ensure maximum comfort, the apartment offers a range of additional amenities including free WiFi, a washing machine, iron, air conditioning, and heating.

*The building is not equipped with an elevator.

* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.
