Noble apartment tastefully renovated, between Renzo Piano’s skyscraper and close to Porta Susa.
The apartment, situated on the ground floor of a noble building, opens to the living room furnished with a comfortable sofa and a TV, and characterised by a polychrome ceramic floor with geometric pattern that reaches the kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped, fitted also with a dishwasher and an oven, featuring a dining table.
The sleeping area, very cosy with its wooden flooring in soft shades, consists of three bedrooms: one with a queen size bed and private bathroom with shower, one with a single bed and one with twin beds that can be joined into a queen size bed upon request. All bedrooms are comfortable and furnished with a wardrobe and a desk. A full bathroom with shower completes the apartment.
At guests’ disposal there is also a laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer.
This accommodation is the perfect solution for whoever desires to stay in a cosy and peaceful environment, a few steps away from the old town, and is ideal for hosting both families and small groups travelling, as well as business travellers and remote workers.

The wonderful city of Turin, capital of Piedmont and known for its chocolate, offers countless opportunities and experiences. The city is known for its refined architecture, in fact there are sumptuous Baroque buildings to admire overlooking Turin’s squares, like Piazza Castello and Piazza San Carlo. In the old town stands the Mole Antonelliana, one of the symbols of Italy, with the Royal Palace of Turin and Madama Palace. Turin offers attractions for every taste, from outdoor activities to gastronomy. For a walk in the greenery breathing the scent of flowers, guests can enjoy the Turin Botanical Garden located on the left side of the Po river, and the famous Valentino Park near the old town. Today the province is considered the best Italian centre as regards chocolate processing, and every year the “Cioccolatò” event is inaugurated with parties, events and tastings. For a tasting of typical Piemontese dishes, do not miss Solferino and Consorzio restaurants.
Turin Porta Susa train station is 300 m away and Turin Porta Nuova train station is less than 1,5 km away, while Turin Caselle airport is less than 20 km from the apartment.

Beautiful, quiet, newly renovated apartment, spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped even with large fridge and dishwasher. Centrally located and near the metro, two restaurants right next door. Safe area. Communication easy with Wonderful Italy. Claudio was punctual and friendly, helping us even with restaurant recommendations for our son who eats Gluten free. We would definitely rent here again.

It was furnished with the minimum furniture which was adequate for our needs. It was clean and in good order. There is an excellent caffe for breakfast, indeed several, within 100 yards. And an excellent gelato shop nearby. As for restaurants in Turino it’s difficult to pick a bad one, as the majority cater to a high standard. We did a walking tour with an English speaking guide which was excellent.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes sauberes und gut gelegenes Apartment mit ausreichend Platz. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die beiden Bäder, was zu weniger Schlange stehen, führt.

The apartment was really nice and had everything you needed, was modern and clean. Easy access to metro and only a 15 min walk into the main part of turin. Can’t fault it at all. Would definitely recommend

Vaste appartement situé en RDC (3 marches pour y accéder) dans un vieil immeuble. A quelques pas de la station de métro , de la gare TGV Porta Susa et de nombreuses lignes de bus. A proximité : des arcades avec des magasins, restaurants, nombreuses supérettes, traiteurs etc. tout en étant à l'abri du tumulte du centre historique (accessible à 2 ou 3 stations). Les fenêtres donnent sur la rue, ou sur une cour intérieure (il est déconseillé d'ouvrir ces dernières car donnant sur la climatisation du restaurant en-dessous). En cas de chaleur caniculaire (c'était le cas), le rayonnement sur la pierre, le bitume des trottoirs, etc. rend le logement difficile à rafraîchir : n'hésitez pas à demander une démonstration PRECISE du fonctionnement de la climatisation centrale qui est très efficace dans ce cas. Le logement est plutôt bien équipé : il faudrait cependant plus d'instruments de cuisine et de vaisselle (c'était trop juste pour 4 lors de notre séjour de 2 semaines). Cuisine et salles de bains étaient propres, dommage que les sols carrelés des pièces principales n'aient pas été lavés depuis assez longtemps semble-t-il. A revoir aussi : l'absence de protège-matelas, et le sommier à lattes du lit à 2 places, vraiment à remplacer. Nous avons passé deux très bonnes semaines sans épuiser pour autant tous les trésors intéressants de la ville qui s'est révélée beaucoup plus riche et passionnante même que nous ne l'espérions. Cet appartement, vu sa localisation et son confort global, s'est donc révélé un bon choix ! En cas de souci, nous avons pu obtenir sans problème l'aide de l'équipe de Wonderful Italy.
