Apartment with mezzanine and terrace, located in the heart of Ortigia, a few meters from the Duomo, Fonte Aretusa and numerous architectural masterpieces ranging from different styles and eras.

This apartment, located on the third floor with an elevator, welcomes guests with a living area furnished with a comfortable sofa bed with TV and a dining area with table and chairs. The independent kitchen is well equipped and also fitted with an oven and a microwave. On the same floor, there is also a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. From the kitchen, an internal staircase leads to the mezzanine where there is a queen size bed and a bathroom.
Guests can also enjoy a private terrace for outdoor meals.
At their disposal there is also free wi-fi, air conditioning and heating with a heat pump.

For relaxation and sea lovers, Eastern Sicily and the surroundings of Siracusa are the perfect choice. Leaving the ancient Greek city and going toward the south, the best equipped beaches worth a visit are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name is due to the natural sweet spring water and to the unique white sand. Then, on the island of Ortigia there are some equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno), as well as the free beach of Cala Rossa. Going further south, about 30 kms far away from Siracusa, there are amazing and wild beaches: Calamosche, Vendicari with its Wildlife Park and the precious San Lorenzo. For those looking for cultural and historical sites, it is recommended to visit Teatro Greco and its archeological site with the famous Orecchio di Dionisio (a limestone cave shaped as a human ear), the Museum Paolo Orsi, then the Latomie dei Cappuccini, and finally the island of Ortigia with its natural and historic eye-catching landscapes. Finally, our guests should visit the town of Noto, the seafront of Tonnara di Avola and the fisherman village of Marzamemi. Sicily is beautiful, a wild land with a millennial history impossible to forget at first glance, that will take a special space in your heart.

The airport of Catania Fontanarossa is about 60 kms far away, while Comiso Pio La Torre airport is 110 kms far. The train station of Siracusa is 1 km far from Ortigia, as well as the interbus station connected with the airports.
