The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator, in front of the San Martín Market and Loyola Street.

It has a living room, which give access to a balcony to enjoy the good weather. The room has a double bed and also gives access to the balcony. The kitchen is independent, and has a dining table and all kinds of appliances. Finally, the bathroom has a shower tray. The apartment has heating and free WIFI.

Overall was an adequate property with a great location. With that being said, at night it gets very loud and because the ventilation is suboptimal the windows and doors must be open all night, increasing the noise. Being that it was so close to the beach, I wrongfully assumed beach towels would be included. Luckily the kitchen was fully stocked with plates and utensils which makes having your own breakfast feasible.

Todo genial. Estuve 10 días por trabajo y fue el sitio perfecto. Céntrico, al lado de la playa, amplio y los anfitriones fueron eficientes con la comunicación!

Lo mejor que tiene es su ubicación, Se encuentra en una zona muy buena tanto para conocer la ciudad como para disfrutar de unos días en ella. Además, al estar en una calle peatonal, no hay ruidos molestos que puedan perturbar la estancia. El tamaño del apartamento es perfecto para una pareja, ya que ofrece el espacio adecuado para una estancia cómoda y agradable. La cama es muy cómoda. En cuanto a la decoración, mejorable pero es correcta.

Appartement très bien placé, et fonctionnel.Malheureusement une forte odeur d’égout dans toutes les pièces tout le séjour. Si le problème est résolu, c’est un très bon lieu pour visiter San Sebastian

This was a lovely choice for us: central to all sites (we swam twice in the ocean), restaurants. I heartily recommend it. We wish we had better instructions on how to use the clothes washer (coming from the US, the dials were inscrutable) and beach towels would add a nice touch, but we thoroughly enjoyed this rental.

Modern and comfortable apartment and had everything we needed. Close to the beach and food market. Located on a shopping precinct so a bit noisy with deliveries in the morning.
