Surrounded by lush meadows and forests, our newly built stoanmandl Wohlfühlappartements await you in a sunny, quiet location in the district of Volderau in Neustift in the Stubaital, offering unique views of the Stubai Glacier world and the Mischbach waterfall.

Directly at the stoanmandl apartments, you can access the extensive hiking network of the Stubaital. The public bus stop is right outside the house; the nearest supermarket is located in Milders about 5 km from our guesthouse. The centre of Neustift is 7 kilometres away and can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.

The Stubaital offers numerous winter activities in a breath-taking setting. The surrounding mountains and the proximity of the Stubai Glacier, Austria’s largest glacier skiing resort, make the area the ideal starting point for winter sports activities, such as skiing, cross-country skiing (trail right at your doorstep), freeriding, tobogganing or snowshoeing. Mountain sport is the dominating activity in summer as well. Explore educational nature trails or experience unique nature sites along the Wilde Wasser Weg trail. Hiking, climbing, mountain biking or Nordic walking with subsequent rest stops in one of the many lodges - the outdoor offer in the Stubaital during your summer holidays at the stoanmandl is varied.

With living spaces for 2,4 or 6 people ranging from 50m² to 100m², every guest - whether grown-up or small - will find their spot. Carefully selected, allergy-friendly materials in our apartments ensure even more well-being. No morning or evening stress outside or in the bathroom since every bedroom comes with its own bathroom with tub or shower, double washbasin, towel dryer, hairdryer and separate toilet. A spacious living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen (4 hotplates, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cooking utensils), cosy couch corner and furnished balconies with impressive mountain views. Another extra are our FLAT TVs, which you find in all the rooms, as well as an extra-large room safe for your valuables.
For hygienic reasons no pets are allowed in the stoanmandl Wohlfühlappartements.


Whether in winter or in summer, after a sportive day in the Stubai Mountains you just want to relax and unwind. We offer our guests a sauna oasis with a Finnish sauna and a Physiotherm infrared cabin, a rain shower for pure refreshment, a cosy relax room as well as clear spring water from the mountains and selected organic teas.
