Located on the first floor of a recently built building, the building has all the comforts of a modern building, with a large elevator and optional parking in the same building.

The interior of the house is carefully decorated and offers a spacious living room, three double bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms with comfortable showers. The apartment's kitchen is independent, equipped with new appliances and a table for 6 people. The living room offers direct access to the northeast terrace. It has a large-format Smart TV, a six-seater sofa, an armchair and air conditioning for the hottest days of summer.

muy buen apartamento, la zona muy tranquila, familiar, algo de ruido del colegio al lado, pero en general muy buen lugar. me parece que para el precio debería incluir parqueo para un coche.

Very helpful team. Think they could make the address a bit clearer- g o o g l e maps couldn’t find it! But apartment was great, exactly as described and in great location for beach and old town. Also the team was very helpful when I left my passport behind!

Great place! Note that if you are planning on walking the whole time, this is up on a hill a bit, and the climb may be a bit much for some. The place is quite nice, although for me the view from the balconies gave the impression it was a bit higher up than it is. It is roughly street level in a newer neighborhood. Overall a nice place, and with onsite parking if you need which is a huge plus.

Really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend itIt would be nice to find a few condiments in the kitchen - salt and pepper at the very least, maybe a few tea bags and a small carton of milk.If you turn right out of the apartment there is a lift, which takes you down to street level (in fact the street where the key collection is) but nobody mentioned this, and we came across it accidentally. But all in all, we were very happy with the apartment.

Checking in the office was super easy and the staff was helpful. This unit was a bit tricky to find because there are two streets named the same, except one is alto where this is located. It’s right across from the Catalonia hotel Donostia. Super clean and great amenities.

Overall rating: 5Service: 5 very responsive on email and also very helpful in the office when we arrived. Great to be able to leave our bags there on the check out day. Cleaning: 5 spotless Accommodation: beautiful bright spacious apartment. Only problem was the air conditioning in the lounge made a noise long after it was switched off.Location: 5 very central but very quiet place- you are not allowed to make a noise after 22:09.Value for money:4 quite expensive but it was worth it . More toilet paper needed for that amount of money

good comfortable flat. great location if you use the lift ( next to the hotel) to get down to street levelif your driving see below as their instructions were useless. Plus didn't mention that the flat is level E in the lift.when you drive into the garage you are on level -4 not -1, so you need to get to -3 you go up a level. Also building 12 relates to the door number in the garage
