Apartment AICH is located in the holiday region Schladming-Dachstein. In summer numerous hiking and walking trails lead away from the house and in winter the holiday apartment Aich is located directly at the ski bus stop.

The small but beautiful apartment with a size of 32 m² is located on the 1st floor of a house with several apartments and consists of a living room (a double bed and sofa bed) dining area, kitchenette (with electric stove, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, mini oven etc .), Bathroom with walk-in shower / WC and a large covered balcony.

The apartment is very cozy and modern with lovely details and equipped with satellite TV. From the balcony you have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains.

The holiday apartment AICH is located very centrally in the holiday region Schladming-Dachstein. In just 4 minutes by car, you can reach the first climb of the 4-mountain ski area, the Hauser Kaibling, ski mountain in the Ski amadé region. The free ski bus stops in front of the house. Aich is a small, cozy place and is an ideal starting point for your winter holiday but also for many activities and experiences for your summer holiday. The recreational Aich lake with many attractions is just a 3-minute walk away. There you can enjoy the sun to your heart's content, swim and much more.

After the Hauser Kaibling is only 4 minutes away by car, we are the ideal starting point for your skiing pleasure in the Schladming 4-Berge-Skischaukel. As the easternmost entry point, the Hauser Kaibling offers not only the most beautiful pistes, but also the neighboring ski slopes Planai, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm, unlimited skiing on 123 km of slopes. The nearest town Schladming can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

If there is enough snow, the cross-country trail on the Enns trail can be reached in just 3 minutes. The Ramsau with the Nordic Eldorado with 220 km of cross-country trails is only 15 minutes away by car. Who wants to have the winter cozy, enjoys variety in winter hiking, sleigh rides, tobogganing and ice skating in the vicinity.

Directly in the village but also the surrounding area you will find some very good restaurants and a supermarket.
