The west-facing studio offers breathtaking views of the Ria d'Étel. It comfortably accommodates up to four guests with a convertible sofa and a 140cm electric bed that can be stored in a wardrobe. One pet is allowed with a daily supplement. Public parking is available nearby, as is bicycle storage.

The studio's central location puts guests within easy reach of Étel's attractions. Beaches are 200m away, a developed lake with a sailing school is 170m away, and the marina is 150m away. All shops are also nearby. Étel itself is a former fishing port with a sheltered marina, ideal for families and water sports enthusiasts. The studio is also close to popular tourist destinations such as Carnac, La Trinité-sur-Mer, and Quiberon.
