The apartment highlights for both its perfect location and its terrace overlooking the old quarter and Urgull hill. The large corner terrace enables side views of Zurriola Beach (left corner) and the sea (right corner).

The apartment has a living room with a dining area that faces a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms in the apartment. The first bedroom has two single beds and the second bedroom a double bedroom. The apartment has one bathroom with a wonderful shower. Apart from the bathroom, there is also a toilet. The corner terrace and its unique panoramic view of the city, surrounding both the living room, the dining area and each bedroom in the apartment.

Perfect stay, great location, apartment is very nice. There is one air conditioner and it is located inside of one of the bedrooms - door must be left open to cool the rest of the apartment. Office staff very nice and helpful. Thank you!

A week before we checked in a few posts came up of folks complaining about there only being one A/C unit in one room, even though the description states air conditioned. The weather was not too hot and there was a floor fan, so it was fine for us, but a little warmer and it would not have worked. The balcony is as large as the apartment. That was a huge bonus for us as we like to eat and enjoy the views. We have stayed at three other places in San Sebastián and this was our favorite. The electricity went out in the middle of the night and the phone number provided had a live person whom was helpful.

A top floor apartment in a perfect location in old town, just steps from the hustle and bustle and easy access to Gros. The apartment was quaint and Ikea furnished but comfortable and great for our stay.

Great apartment in the centre of the old town, so walking distance to all of the pintxo bars. Could just do with having a/c in both bedrooms as it does the double room does get hot, even with the shutters down in the evening and door open over night. Generally great Airbnb.

Unfortunately they didn’t not disclose the loud building works that were happening next door and in the mall opposite. As the 2nd bedroom doesn’t have aircon you need to open the window which means you get woken up with the building work or people outside in the early hours of the morning. The apartment was decent other than that, the kitchen was poorly stocked and didn’t even have oil/salt/pepper so you couldn’t really cook anything unless you went out and paid for it yourself. The positives were the location being very close to the old town, and the balcony was nice. I enjoyed San Sebastián as a city but wish I had some better nights sleep!
