The Apartment sleeps 6 - 8 with spacious 90 m² Comfortable kitchen with seating corner. 1 double room - with basin, 2 bedrooms with three beds- with basin and shower.

Furnished with:
Dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric stove with oven, coffee maker, tableware and glasses, satellite TV, radio alarm clock

Our house is situated between Kappl (2 km (1.3 mi.)) and Ischgl (7 km (4.4 mi.)), slightly above the federal route.

In the winter you can choose:
With 40 km (25 mil.) of pistes and 10 lifts, the ski region Kappl attracts mainly families. The free ski bus to the valley station (1 km (.6 mi.)) will pick you up right in front of the house.

Or do you prefer the Silvretta Arena Ischgl/Samnaun?
The free ski bus will take you from the ski bus stop (approx. 300 m/yards) to the valley station in Ischgl (approx. 7 km (4.4 mi.)).

In the summer you can get the Silvretta Card in our house.

Furthermore, there are restaurants, pizzerias, après-ski bars and sauna facilities nearby.
